We supply a rucksack with cheese, Cabernet and binoculars. Go into the wild. Visit the back yard lakes for bird watching, graze the blueberry patches or just sit on the beach and watch the incedible 28 foot change in 6 hours from high tide to low tide!
The Rock Island Lodge is a comfortable artistic lodge set in a remote wilderness location. This work of art has a solid foundation of weathered beach stones topped with an upper story log cabin. This 3,000 sq ft fortress is your castle in the wild.
There are no roads, towns, or crowds on our 30,000 acre island. We are situated in the Cook Inlet 30 miles off the coast of Kenai, Alaska. When you arrive in Anchorage; the real Alaska is only 30 minutes away. Land on our beach and you’re there.
